Dawn is next level! I met her by randomly stopping by the wrong open house and absolutely loving her energy. I kept her card for many months before reaching out and being ready to begin the process. Dawn showed us all kinds of properties, and she goes far beyond most realtors- she even shoveled out a basement covered in probably 3 feet of snow while in heeled boots all to help us see the entire property (one we ended up not liking at all! But that’s how dedicated she is to making sure her clients are happy and successful!). When going through closing, I couldn’t imagine doing it without her. So much came up, and she handled everything so efficiently. She has a contact for everything, and got people in so quickly to solve problems. After closing, she has stayed closely in touch with us and our progress and helped connect us to numerous resources. Truly, she goes far beyond a normal realtor and that’s what makes her stand out so much- her energy is infectious, and her passion for helping her clients find their perfect fit home is so evident. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
