Persistence, Vision, and a Whole Lot of Heart 

I am beyond thrilled to announce that my clients are officially the new owners of 22 Tinkertown Lane in Duxbury! This journey started over a year ago when a dear friend referred this wonderful family to me. Their mission? Finding the perfect home for their two boys, nestled right between family on the Cape and work in Weymouth.

We sat down for a "dream session" to map out their future, but the road wasn't always easy. In this market, you have to have grit. We put in the work, but after coming in second place three different times, it would have been easy to get discouraged.

But then came Tinkertown. 

It checked every single box:

• Close to Duxbury’s stunning beaches. 

• A massive backyard for the boys to run wild. 

• Seconds from Route 3 for the ultimate "commuter’s dream" location. 

While the interior wasn’t quite their style yet, we saw the vision. I’m so excited that we were able to connect them with a top-tier designer and builder who are already hard at work creating a gourmet kitchen and a primary ensuite that is going to be absolutely dreamy!
