Nine months ago, Billy and Becca sat down with me for a Dream Session. They were searching from out of state, had a tight wishlist, and weren't going to settle for anything less than right.

Countless showings, video walkthroughs, offers written and rewritten — and we finally negotiated the perfect landing spot for this incredible couple.

The home needs some love to become Becca's full vision, but that's already underway. Together with Jo Knox at Knox Home Interiors, J&J Interiors, and John Lunetta at Lunetta Builders, they're building that dream kitchen, bath, and primary suite we spent months searching for.
